Order Processing:
We process orders within 2 to 5 business days after you place them.
Shipping Time:
Most orders are delivered within 7 to 21 business days, depending on your country and supplier.
Delays:
Sometimes delays may happen due to customs, holidays, or unexpected events. We’ll always try our best to deliver on time.
Note:
Because we work with multiple suppliers, if you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
💸 Refund Policy – Nilumm
We only offer refunds or replacements if:

Your item does not arrive after 45 days (based on tracking info)
How to request a refund:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Refund Process:
Once approved, we’ll refund the amount to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Important Notes:
